So many folks were asking our small restaurant for delicious off-menu bites at their next event that we decided to give the people what they wanted! Finally, in 2021, Eatery 208 was founded as the formal catering arm of Loaf'n Dog. We have a talented team of cooks who can prepare decadent originals and tasty classics from all across the globe. All payments for Eatery 208 services will be paid out to our home restaurant and commercial kitchen, Loaf'n Dog.

Meet the Owners

Joy and Casey Waits are Cleburne, TX natives who own unique American restaurants Loaf'n Dog and Burger Bar 1949. This dynamic duo has been passionate about bringing great food and good fun to Cleburne since 2017 when they first founded Loaf'n Dog. When the opportunity came knocking to expand services and bring flavor to local events and occasions they decided the only answer was, "Fork Yes!"

Whitney McMahon is a local who you can typically find in the kitchen at Loaf'n Dog, but her passion for cooking goes way beyond American favorites. Whitney brings more than 20 years of experience to the kitchen and can create the perfect menu for any event.

Meet the Event Coordinator

Nealie Sanchez is a young professional with marketing and event experience beginning with her undergraduate degree at the University of North Texas. Currently a graduate student, Sanchez is only expanding her knowledge when it comes to event coordination. She's no stranger to the kitchen either and has been working at restaurants for nearly 10 years.
